  Debra makes this place so friendly and popular. She greets everyone that comes in and knows our names. Not many places have a manager like her that takes the time to get to know you and knows what you like to order. She also goes the extra mile when people don't show up to work. She works so hard to please everyone. I just learned she is leaving and the Bagel Factory will not be the same without her. They are making a big mistake.

  I have only ordered the breakfast sandwiches which are very good. Erica is the greatest. With her amazing smile and personality she makes the experience worth while.

  Service is a nightmare. The phone rang the whole 17 minutes it took to get an untoasted bagel. UNTOASTED!!
